Every member is manually reviewed and interviewed before joining. Your profile shows verified role, industry, and experience — not just self-claimed titles.
Community Discussions
A structured space for real conversations between UAE professionals. Ask anonymously if the topic is sensitive — your identity stays with us for moderation, never shown to other members.
Professional Directory
Search and filter the full verified member list by industry, specialisation, and location. Find people you can actually trust to answer a question.
Events
Discover professional events across the UAE — meetups, workshops, industry sessions. Registration happens on the organiser's own page; we surface what's worth attending.

Direct Messaging
Message any verified member directly. No connection requests, no LinkedIn-style gatekeeping — the verification is the gate. Until it ships, connecting happens through contact requests.
Verified Company Directory
A dedicated space for companies that serve the professional community — PRO services, tax advisors, insurance brokers, legal consultants, HR tech vendors. Every company endorsed and rated by verified members. Honest peer reviews, not paid placements. Because the question isn't “who does this” — it's “who's actually good.”
Expanded Industries
MRKZD launched with HR because we wanted to do one thing properly. Next up: legal, finance, tax, tech, and healthcare professionals in the UAE. Each industry gets its own verified community before we open it up.

Book a Service
Letting professionals offer paid services directly to each other — advisory calls, workshops, one-off consultations — with scheduling and payment handled on-platform. This is a big shift from community to marketplace, so we're taking it slowly. It only happens once the community itself is strong enough to support it.
Regional Expansion
The Gulf runs on connections that don't stop at borders. Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait — all on the table once the UAE community proves the model works.
Mobile App
Currently mobile-optimised on the web. A native app is on the table once daily usage justifies it. Push notifications matter; building a whole app just to send them doesn't yet.
We're building MRKZD deliberately and honestly. Some things on this page will ship faster than planned. Some will get pushed. Some will get killed. We'd rather tell you what we're actually working on than promise a launch date we can't hold.
